Terms of service

The plain-English terms behind our monthly plan and website builds. Last updated October 2026.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Imadoer Limited ("Imadoer", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10020807), registered office 37 Hornhill Road, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, WD3 9TE. You can contact us at admin@imadoer.co.uk.

Our services are for businesses only. By buying the monthly plan or a website from us, you confirm you are acting for your business and agree to these terms.

2. Our services

  • Free website breakdown: a free review of your website and Google rankings. There is no obligation to buy anything.
  • Monthly SEO & website management ("Monthly Plan"): £200 + VAT a month. A phased programme of improvements to your existing website, plus ongoing search engine optimisation, as described on our Services page.
  • Custom website build ("Website Build"): £1,000 + VAT for a custom-coded website of up to 5 pages. Additional pages are £200 + VAT each.

3. Prices and VAT

All our prices are shown excluding VAT. Imadoer Limited is VAT registered, and VAT is added at the current UK rate (currently 20%) on every invoice and payment. For example, the Monthly Plan is £200 + VAT, which is £240 a month in total.

We may change the price of the Monthly Plan by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. If you don't want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. The Monthly Plan

Payment

The Monthly Plan is paid monthly in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe. Your first payment is taken when you sign up, and then on the same date each month.

What we do each month

We work through improvements in phases, starting with the changes we expect to make the biggest difference, based on your free breakdown. We decide the order and the amount of work each month, and we'll keep you informed in your monthly report. The Monthly Plan doesn't include building a new website, paid advertising, or unlimited changes on request.

No minimum term and cancelling

There is no contract length. You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and we'll carry on working until then. We don't refund part months.

Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, we'll let you know and may pause work until it is paid. If a payment is still outstanding after 14 days, we may end the Monthly Plan.

5. Website Builds

Scope

Before we start, we agree in writing (email is fine) what the website will include: the pages, the main content and any features. Work outside the agreed scope, including extra pages, is charged separately and agreed with you first.

Payment

Website Builds are invoiced in two parts: 50% before work starts, and the remaining 50% on completion, before the website goes live or is handed over. Invoices are due within 7 days.

Timescales and changes

We'll give you an expected timescale when we agree the scope. It depends on you sending the information, photos and approvals we need promptly. We include reasonable changes within the agreed scope. Significant changes after you've approved a design may be charged as extra work.

Hosting and domain

Hosting and your domain name are paid by you, directly to the provider, so they are always in your name. We'll help you set them up. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or problems caused by your hosting or domain provider.

6. What we need from you

  • Access to your website, hosting, Google Business Profile and Google Search Console where needed, and to keep those accounts in your own name.
  • Accurate information about your business, services and the areas you cover.
  • Confirmation that you have the right to use any photos, logos or text you send us.
  • Responsibility for the accuracy of claims made about your business on your website, such as accreditations, insurance, guarantees and trade memberships.

7. Results

We'll do the work properly and to a professional standard, but we can't guarantee any particular ranking, number of enquiries or amount of work. Google, other search engines and AI assistants control their own results and change them regularly. Your monthly report will show you how your rankings are moving.

8. Who owns what

Once you have paid in full for a Website Build, you own the website and the content we wrote for it. Content and improvements made under the Monthly Plan become yours once the month they were made in has been paid for. We keep ownership of our own tools, methods and general know-how.

If the Monthly Plan ends, everything we've built on your website stays yours, and we'll hand back or remove any access you've given us. We may mention that we've worked with your business, unless you ask us not to.

9. Other companies' services

Our work relies on services run by other companies, including Google, your hosting provider and Stripe. We're not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions, such as a change to how Google ranks websites.

10. Our liability

Our total liability to you for any claim connected with our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending our services

Either of us can end the Monthly Plan as described in section 4. We may end any service immediately by email if you seriously break these terms, for example by not paying, or if you ask us to do anything unlawful or misleading.

12. Your information

We handle personal information as set out in our privacy policy. We keep information about your business confidential and only use it to provide our services.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll email Monthly Plan customers about any significant change at least 30 days before it applies to them.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
