Who we are

This website is run by Imadoer Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10020807), registered office 37 Hornhill Road, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, WD3 9TE. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us at admin@imadoer.co.uk.

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email: your name, business name, trade, area, website, phone number, email address and anything you choose to tell us.
When you become a client: billing details and the information needed to work on your website and Google accounts. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Business contact details we find publicly: we may contact trade businesses using details they publish themselves, such as on their website or in trade directories, to offer a free website breakdown.
Technical information: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

How we use it, and our legal basis

To reply to your enquiry and prepare your breakdown: legitimate interests, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
To deliver our services and invoice you: performance of a contract.
To keep records for tax and accounting: legal obligation.
To contact businesses about our services: legitimate interests. Every message tells you how to opt out, and we honour every request.

We never sell your information or share it for other companies' marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, each acting on our instructions:

Hostinger: website hosting
Google Workspace: our email
Stripe: card payments
WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp
Google Fonts: this site loads its fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when the page loads

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for six years after our work ends, to meet tax and accounting rules. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep a minimal note of that so we can respect it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email admin@imadoer.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
